The Las Vegas Raiders have experienced a tumultuous season filled with disappointments and underwhelming performances. One of the first steps towards a better future for the Raiders is to fire Joshua Daniels and hire a new head coach who can take over responsibilities immediately.

The loss to the Steelers was the last straw and it’s time for a change, the Bill Belichick coaching tree is garbage and McDaniels is part of that garbage.

While there are many qualified coaches out there, I have identified three top potential candidates who could be a perfect fit for the Las Vegas Raiders. These individuals possess the necessary skills, experience, and leadership qualities to lead the team to success. Let’s take a closer look at each of them:

Raiders Head Coach

The Raiders should consider Greg Roman, the offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens. Roman has been a mastermind behind the Ravens’ unique and effective offensive scheme. With the Raiders struggling to establish a consistent running game, and Josh Jacobs looking like a shell of himself Roman could bring a fresh perspective and help the team find success.

One of the main reasons why Schottenheimer would be a good fit for the Raiders is his experience with developing young quarterbacks.
